Payment Method

The renter is required to provide a credit card or debit card to guarantee the rental even if payment is made in cash. The rental is prepaid. Possibility of payment via credit, debit, prepaid, mastercard, maestro, visa, american express, diners club, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express Safekey cards.

Cancellation Policy

Fully pre-paid bookings canceled up to 48 hours before the rental do not incur cancellation fees. After the end of the period, the lessee is charged with 1 day of the total reservation. All bookings will be canceled if the customer does not contact more than 1 hour after the expected start of the booking and 100% of the rental cost will be retained.

Driving License

The driving license must have been issued at least 12 months before the rental. Renters with driving licenses in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Russian, etc.) must present an International Driving Permit along with their national driving license.
MOTO: The renter and the driver must be 21 years old for car categories A, A1,
ATV: The renter and the driver must be 21 years old for car categories B, C

Full Insurance / Licence category

Prices & Deductible Amounts per Car Group (Driver age 25-75):
€500.00 for categories A, B, C1-2
€900.00 for categories C3-4-5, D, F, G
€1500.00 for categories E, F1, J, K
All of the above charges are subject to VAT

Prices & Deductible Amounts per Motorcycle/ATV Group (Driver age 25-75):
a) €350.00 for motorcycle categories 50cc–150cc
b) €500.00 for motorcycle & ATV categories 200cc–400cc
c) €900.00 for ATV categories 450cc–650cc
All of the above charges are subject to VAT

Car Categories

The available models in different car categories may vary depending on the season and destination. Reservations can only be confirmed according to the available car groups. The models shown are intended only as examples of size and equipment and represent similar models within a car category.

Helmets

For all motorbikes and atvs the company provides 2 helmets as well as the top case.

Accident Folder Expenses

The driver is charged €50.00 in case of an at-fault accident. This amount is non-refundable.

Other Terms

Delivery/Pickup Charges
Delivery/pickup is free for Skiathos (at our headquarters, Niso Skiathos Luxury Residence). For other destinations, please ask us.

Vehicle Return
We recommend returning the vehicle during the opening hours of the return location. Returning the vehicle outside of working hours is possible, but it should be discussed for the selected return location.

One-Way Rentals
One-way rentals are accepted between our destinations. They usually incur an extra charge as the vehicle needs to be returned to the pickup location. The additional charge must be paid locally.

Roadside Assistance
Niso Rentals Skiathos provides free roadside assistance in case of mechanical breakdowns. Just call the number written on the rental agreement, and one of our representatives will come with a service team to fix the issue or replace the vehicle. Roadside assistance for cases such as car damage, accidents, flat tires, driver’s negligence, etc., incurs an additional charge of 40.00 + VAT.

Fuel
The car is delivered with a full tank of fuel.
If the renter returns the car with a full tank, there will be no extra charge for fuel.
If the renter returns the car with less fuel, they will be charged for the missing fuel.
The renter can pay for a full tank of fuel locally at a competitive price from a local gas station and can return the car with an empty tank. However, the fuel remaining in the tank will not be refunded.
